Hi, I’m Erica Partida, the owner of Levas In-Home Senior Care. I was born and raised in South Chicago, and I became a nurse following in my grandma Leva’s footsteps. She inspired me early on, and I’ve always known I wanted to be part of something bigger — something that truly helps people.

I’ve worked my way through healthcare over the years, starting as a CNA, growing into a nurse, and even having the opportunity to step into administrative and leadership roles. With everything I’ve learned and all the experience I’ve gained, I knew it was time to take that knowledge and bring it back home — to focus on the community.

That’s why I started Leva’s In Home Senior Care. I’m here to help change how caregiving should be. I want our clients to be treated with dignity, families to feel supported, and care to be given with real heart, respect, and compassion — the way it was always meant to be.

Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago by hard working parents from Mexico, a work ethic was instilled in me to keep moving forward and overcoming obstacles in life. 

After the Army, I spent most of my career as a blue collar worker and become a supervisor. Not being afraid of something new, an opportunity in home care presented itself and jumped aboard. 

Being a PSYOPS Army Veteran, I was able to use those skills to make clients feel at ease when taking on our services. Also, partnering with the VA, I have been able to use the opportunity to help our veteran clients to connect with the benefits that they earned and deserve.
