At Leva’s In Home Senior Care, we provide compassionate and specialized Dementia Care tailored to the unique needs of each client. Our caregivers complete a 6 hour state-required training in accordance with Indiana guidelines, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver safe, reliable, and professional support. Every team member also has hands-on experience working with individuals living with dementia, allowing them to offer patient, understanding, and person-centered care that promotes comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Wound Care
Leva’s Home Health Agency offers comprehensive Wound Care services designed to support healing, prevent infection, and promote overall well-being. Our licensed clinicians are trained to treat a wide range of wound types, including post-surgical wounds, pressure ulcers, diabetic wounds, chronic wounds, skin tears, abrasions, and other acute or complex injuries.
Dialysis Care
Our Dialysis Care services are designed to support clients before and after their dialysis treatments, ensuring they remain safe, comfortable, and well-monitored at home. We assist with preparation for dialysis appointments, provide safe transportation coordination, and offer attentive post-treatment care to help manage fatigue, hydration needs, and any side effects. Our trained caregivers and nurses monitor vital signs, watch for complications, and provide personalized support to help each client maintain stability and strength throughout their treatment journey. At Leva’s, our goal is to make the dialysis process easier, safer, and more supportive for both clients and their families.
